Our commitment
We want every visitor — including people using assistive technologies, older visitors, and people browsing in difficult moments — to be able to use this website comfortably. Our goal for this site is conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
What we have done
- High-contrast colour combinations for text and buttons, checked against WCAG AA contrast thresholds.
- Full keyboard operability — navigation, menus, accordions and forms work without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
- A "skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- Descriptive labels on every form field, with plain-language error messages.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from screen readers.
- Support for browser zoom and larger system text sizes; layouts tested down to 320px-wide screens.
- Respect for the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting: animations are disabled for visitors who request reduced motion. - Large touch targets for call and WhatsApp buttons, and a persistent contact bar on mobile.
Known limitations
- Map and directions features are limited until the client confirms the exact visitor location pin.
- Third-party fonts (Google Fonts) are loaded from an external service; system fonts are used as fallbacks if they cannot load.
