Who we are
Bhawna Rehabilitation ("we", "us") is a unit of Bhawna Foundation (Registration No. 2026/4/IV/1054). This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the website www.bhawna.rehab. It applies to website enquiries only; personal counselling records are governed by separate clinic-level practices shared with clients directly.
What we collect
- Enquiry form. The name, phone number, optional email address, city, enquiry topic, preferred contact time, and any message you choose to send — nothing more. All fields except name and phone are optional.
- Technical records. Standard server logs (such as IP address and page requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- WhatsApp and phone enquiries. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we handle what you choose to share during that conversation. Please do not send medical records or sensitive documents through WhatsApp.
What we deliberately do not collect
- We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, medical records, prescriptions, identity documents or detailed health histories through this website.
- We do not use advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or session-recording tools on this website.
- We do not collect analytics data at present. If we later add privacy-respecting analytics, this policy will be updated first.
How we use your information
Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry through your preferred contact method, and — if you go on to use our services — to provide and administer that support. We do not use enquiry details for marketing, and we do not sell or share personal information with any third party for commercial purposes.
Who can see your information
Enquiries are accessible only to authorised members of our enquiry team. Our website hosting provider processes technical data on our behalf under standard hosting arrangements. We never disclose enquiry details to family members, employers or any other party without your consent, except where required by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry messages are retained only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain continuity of support, after which they are deleted. If you would like your enquiry details deleted sooner, contact us at support@bhawna.rehab and we will action it.
Security
The website uses HTTPS encryption. Form submissions are protected by validation, spam prevention and access controls, and are delivered to a monitored mailbox accessible only to authorised staff. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending highly sensitive information through any website form.

- Ask what enquiry information we hold about you, and request a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete your enquiry information.
- Withdraw consent to be contacted at any time.
