Frequently asked questions

Straight answers about our services, enquiries, location and privacy. If your question isn’t here, the 24/7 helpline is the fastest way to ask.

What services does Bhawna Rehabilitation provide?

We provide drug and alcohol de-addiction rehabilitation programmes, individual counselling, family counselling, psychological support, yoga and mindfulness wellness activities, life-skills training, recovery and relapse-prevention support, and behavioural and mental health counselling — described within the actual scope of our team. Each service has its own page under Programmes.

How can I make a first enquiry?

Call our 24/7 helpline at 9711458868, message us on WhatsApp, email support@bhawna.rehab, or use the enquiry form on our contact page. You can call at any hour — including late at night.

Can a family member enquire on someone’s behalf?

Yes — many of the families we support begin exactly this way. We will listen to your concerns, explain the available support and guide you on next steps. Your loved one’s own counselling and personal information remain private to them; see our family support page for how this works.

Is the helpline available 24/7?

Yes. The helpline is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Many first calls happen at night, when worry is loudest — that is exactly when you may call.

Where is the rehabilitation centre located?

Our rehabilitation location is the branch office at B-29, Shiva Enclave, Kashmiri Colony, Hiranki, Delhi – 110036. Our registered office is at B-93, 1st Floor, Street No. 3, Uttarakhand Enclave, Burari, Delhi – 110084. Please contact us before visiting so the team can receive you properly and answer your questions in person.

What happens after an initial enquiry?

After your first call or message, our team takes time to understand the situation, answers your questions and explains which services may suit the person’s needs. We assess suitability individually. Any next step — an assessment conversation, counselling or programme enrolment — happens only when you are comfortable. There is no pressure and no obligation.

What is the difference between counselling and a rehabilitation programme?

Counselling is typically a series of private conversations — for the individual or the family — focused on understanding the situation, building coping strategies and making workable plans. A rehabilitation programme is broader: it combines counselling with wellness activities, life-skills training and relapse-prevention support over a period of time. During your enquiry we will honestly suggest which, if either, fits your situation.

How is personal information handled?

We collect only the minimum information needed for your enquiry, use it only to respond and support you, and never sell or share it for marketing. Enquiries are seen only by authorised staff. Details are set out in our privacy policy. Please avoid sending sensitive medical documents through the website form or WhatsApp — discuss those on a call instead.

Are meals provided at the centre?

Yes. Nutritious, home-style meals — such as dal, sabzi, roti and rice with fresh salad — are served at the centre every day. Meal arrangements and daily routines are explained personally during your enquiry, so you know exactly what to expect.

What should a family prepare before visiting?

Very little — simply contact us first so we can receive you properly. When you call, we will let you know anything useful to bring and what a first visit involves, based on your specific situation. You do not need reports, documents or a diagnosis for an initial visit or conversation.

Where to go next

A note on honest answers: some questions — about fees, programme duration or medical arrangements — we prefer to answer personally, because the right answer depends on the individual situation. Call 9711458868 and we will explain everything plainly.
